REFUNDS POLICY For Online purchase
Refund in case of incorrect purchase: Programs purchased will not be refunded or changed to another program on grounds of incorrect selection at the time of purchase.
Refund in case of server error: In case the same program is purchased twice due to some server error, the following refund rules will apply - If the learner informs us within 7 days, full refund would be done.
Thereafter, he/she would be provided with a credit note, which is 10% more than the purchase value.
Refund in case of special approval: Refund is possible only if applied within 7 days of the purchase of the product. All refunds will be processed on a special approval basis. The admission fees and govt. taxes are excluded fully from the refund. The final refund amount will be at the sole discretion of CL Educate Ltd basis veracity of the claim & will not exceed 25% of the amount paid by the student excluding
Admission Fee & Govt. Taxes. This is applicable across all the Online Programs and excludes the Classroom Programs where it is dependent upon the center and its policy.
• Refunds, if approved, will be done directly to the original payment mode within 45 working days of finalization of claim.
• A Refund Request will be deemed valid only if it is made through an email to support@careerlauncher.com within 7 days of the date
of purchase.
• Any refund request submitted after 7 days of the date of purchase will not be considered in any circumstances.
REFUND POLICY For Classroom product
5.1 In case a student wishes to withdraw from the course, he/she will have to write an application to the respective Center Head, who will then refer the case to the City Head.
5.2 If a student applies for refund of fee 7 days or more before the commencement of the course, admission fee will be deducted from the amount paid, and the remaining amount shall be refunded (applicable only if the course duration is more than 45 days). For courses, whose duration is less than 45 days, 25% of the total fee (exclusive of any discount/offer given at the time of admission), in addition to the admission fee, shall be deducted, and the balance will be refunded.
5.3 If a student applies for refund within 7 days before the batch commencement date, or enrollment date (whichever is later), 25% of the total fee (exclusive of any discount/offer given at the time of admission), in addition to the admission fee, will be deducted; and the remaining amount shall be refunded (applicable only in case the course duration is more than 45 days). For courses, whose duration is less than 45 days, 50% of the total fee (exclusive of any discount/offer given at the time of admission), in addition to the admission fee, shall be deducted; and the balance will be refunded.
5.4 If a student is found to have less than the requisite percentage, as per the eligibility defined by the respective institute (s)/exam(s) for which he/she is preparing for at Career Launcher, no part of the fee will be refunded.
5.5 Once the student applies for refund within 15 days of the start of the batch, 50% of the total course fee (exclusive of any discount/offer given at the time of admission), in addition to the admission fee, will be deducted; and the remaining amount shall be refunded (applicable only in case the course duration is more than 45 days). For courses, whose duration is less than 45 days, no fee will be refunded.
5.6 In the event of a student, who has opted for an EMI scheme, applying for a refund, EMI interest charges and transaction fee borne by Career Launcher to facilitate the enrollment will be payable by the student, and deducted from the refund amount.
5.7 There will be no refund, if a student enrolls in a batch which is already running.
5.8 No part of the fee will be refunded once the batch completes 2 weeks.
5.9 The refund shall be issued only after the student returns the entire material (including bags, books, session plan, etc.) in original condition (no writing on the books permitted) to the respective Career launcher center.
